Welcome to Let’s Go For A Walk, a mobile application operated by 200 LAB (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and designing this App with a privacy-first, serverless architecture. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights regarding your personal data.
By using the Let’s Go For A Walk application (the “App”), you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we may receive:
Apple ID Identifier: A unique identifier used for authentication and account management
Name: Your first name, optionally provided by Apple during initial sign-in
Email Address: Your email address, which may be a private relay address if you choose Apple’s Private Relay option
Purpose of Processing:
To create and maintain your user account, authenticate your identity, and enable secure data synchronization through your private iCloud account.
1.2 Health and Fitness Data (Sensitive Personal Information)
With your explicit consent, the App integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to access:
Step Count
Heart Rate
Workout Data (walking sessions written back to Apple Health)
Important Health Data Handling Notice:
All Health and Fitness Data is stored exclusively on your device and within your private iCloud account. We do not transmit, collect, or store any Health and Fitness Data on our servers or on any third-party servers.
Health data is used solely to provide app functionality such as real-time feedback, progress tracking, and activity history. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining purposes.
1.3 Application Usage Data (Stored Locally and in iCloud)
Data generated through your use of the App, stored on your device and synced to your private iCloud account via CloudKit:
Walking session duration, intervals, and session type
Mindfulness and gratitude logs
Mood and emotional check-ins
Streaks, achievements, and progress indicators
App preferences and configuration settings
Purpose of Processing:
To provide core app features, track progress, display history, calculate achievements, and maintain consistent experiences across your devices.
1.4 Subscription and Purchase Data
Purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple through StoreKit.
We may access:
Subscription Status (active/inactive)
We do not receive or store:
Payment card details
Billing addresses
Full purchase history
All payment information is handled directly and securely by Apple.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or access:
Precise or approximate location data
Contacts
Photos, videos, or media files
Camera or microphone data
Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
Browsing data from other apps or websites
Any data for advertising or tracking purposes
We do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies and therefore do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for the following purposes:
Core App Functionality: Walking sessions, mindfulness tools, mood tracking
Progress Tracking: Displaying streaks, achievements, and history
Data Synchronization: Syncing your data across your Apple devices using your private iCloud account
Subscription Management: Enabling or disabling premium features based on subscription status
Analytics and Service Improvement
At this time, we do not use third-party analytics services and do not collect app usage data on external servers. Any insights used for improving features or fixing bugs are derived from data stored locally on your device and within your private iCloud account.
If analytics services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be notified prior to any new data collection.
4. Data Storage, Security, and Transfers
4.1 Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored only in:
Your Device: Local storage using SwiftData
Your Private iCloud Account: Synced using Apple CloudKit private databases
Apple Health: For workout records written with your permission
We do not operate our own servers for personal data storage.
4.2 Security Measures
We rely on Apple’s secure infrastructure and implement the following protections:

6.2 Data Deletion
When you delete your account:
